Summer Bulletin 2025
Barbecuing in the Housing Company Area
Always keep fire safety in mind when barbecuing – the person grilling is always responsible for any damage caused
Only electric grills are allowed on balconies
On terrace yards, electric, gas, or charcoal grills may be used
Never leave a hot grill unattended
Maintain safe distances – wooden materials are especially flammable
Keep fire extinguishing equipment (e.g., fire blanket) within reach
Place the grill on a stable and non-flammable surface, well away from anything flammable
Clean the grill regularly of grease and other residues, as these can catch fire
Be considerate of neighbors – try to minimize smoke and odor
Observe the housing company's quiet hours while grilling (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Charging and Storing Electric Bicycles and Other Battery-Powered Vehicles in the Housing Company
Charging batteries in the bike storage or other shared facilities is not allowed
If the battery is removable, it must be stored in your own apartment
Batteries must be charged under supervision in your own apartment using your own electricity
Charging batteries elsewhere poses a fire safety risk, especially in areas without 24/7 monitoring
Use only intact and appropriate chargers, and ensure the battery itself is in good condition
Do not use extension cords for charging
Store vehicles in the bike storage or in designated areas, ensuring they do not block exits or pathways
Stairwells and other common areas are not permitted storage areas for vehicles, as they may block emergency exits and create a fire load
Always lock your vehicles to prevent theft
Charging of electric and hybrid cars in the housing company is prohibited!
Have a pleasant and safe summer!
